Elara Boutique Hotel Lobby
Elara Hospitality GroupComplete redesign of a 3,200 sq ft entrance lobby and lounge for Pune's Elara Boutique Hotel. The concept draws from Mughal lattice artistry reinterpreted in smoked glass and powder-coated steel. Custom handwoven jute panels, curated local art installations, and moody amber lighting create an arrival experience that is unmistakably Indian yet globally contemporary.
The Skyline Penthouse
Mr. Rajiv MehtaA 4,500 sq ft penthouse transformation in Koregaon Park, Pune. We combined raw concrete textures with warm walnut millwork, bespoke brass fixtures, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that frames the city skyline. Every surface tells a story of restrained luxury — matte surfaces absorb ambient light while custom Italian furniture anchors each zone.
Casa Prana — Mindful Living Apartment
Dr. Priya SubramaniamA 2,100 sq ft apartment redesign centred on biophilic design principles for a wellness-focused client. Natural materials throughout — rammed earth feature walls, live-edge teak furniture, handmade ceramic tiles, and a 12-plant indoor garden corridor. Lighting was designed to mirror circadian rhythms with warm 1800K tones in evening zones and cool whites in the workspace.
The Black Canvas Office
Apex VenturesA 6,000 sq ft corporate headquarters interior for a VC firm that wanted to project authority without ostentation. Matte charcoal walls, floor-to-ceiling dark oak joinery, and hand-stitched leather meeting pods define the aesthetic. The boardroom features a 14-ft onyx-effect resin table and a curated gallery wall of emerging Indian contemporary artists.
